Crain's New York Business seeks to highlight 20 up-and-coming professionals under 30 years old. This group will represent the next generation of leaders in the five boroughs and will have a proven track record to show their work can improve the lives of all New Yorkers in the years to come. 

The deadline to nominate a candidate for 2023 20 in Their 20s class is April 3, 2023.

IMPORTANT ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Nominees must:

• Work within the New York City metro area (including the five boroughs of the city or Westchester, Rockland, Nassau and Bergen counties) to qualify
• Have shown the ability to effect change in their role or business sector
• Be involved in mentorship, community or philanthropic activities
• Focus on recent achievements (within the last 12 to 24 months)
